Terms of Service

Effective April 19, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Firemonster and the games and services available at firemonster.com ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your passkey and recovery codes secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We do not collect your email address. Account recovery is only possible through your recovery codes. If you lose all recovery codes and all passkeys, we cannot recover your account.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium games requires a paid subscription at $4.99 per month. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Some accounts are granted complimentary access by Firemonster. Complimentary access does not involve a charge and does not renew.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through that date.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at devfiremonster@outlook.com within 30 days.

4. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Account page. Deletion immediately cancels any active subscription and permanently removes all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to interact with the Service in ways not intended for normal gameplay
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All games, software, graphics, and content on Firemonster are owned by Firemonster. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any content. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Service content without explicit written permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. If we permanently discontinue a paid feature, we will provide reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIREMONSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FIREMONSTER IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
